By engaging with Stylish Coating Painting Group, its advertisements, or its services, customers acknowledge and agree to these Terms & Conditions. Stylish Coating Painting Group reserves the right to modify or withdraw any offers, promotions, or pricing at any time without prior notice. Engagement with any promotion does not constitute a binding agreement until a formal site inspection or consultation has been completed.

2. Offers & Promotions
All promotional offers advertised via Meta (Facebook & Instagram) or any other marketing channels are limited-time only, subject to availability, and may be modified or withdrawn without notice.

Offers such as:

• “Get Your House Professionally Painted from Just $3,999, Completed in 7 Days — or We'll Pay You $250 for Every Week We're Late”

are indicative estimates only and depend on site conditions, home size, scope of work, and other factors.

Promotional pricing is not binding until confirmed in writing following a site visit.

Stylish Coating Painting Group is not liable for misunderstandings or misinterpretations of promotional content.

3. Site Inspection & Pricing
Final pricing is confirmed only after an on-site inspection or consultation.

Factors affecting pricing include, but are not limited to:

• Size of the property
• Complexity of surfaces
• Surface preparation required
• Paint type
• Number of coats
• Access conditions
• Additional services requested

Customers acknowledge that promotional figures are starting estimates and may not reflect final pricing.

4. Booking, Deposits & Payment
A deposit may be required to confirm a booking. The deposit amount and payment structure will be specified in the final quote.

The remaining balance is due upon job completion unless otherwise agreed.

Late or missed payments may incur administrative fees or interest charges.

Deposits are non-refundable except where Stylish Coating Painting Group is unable to perform the service.

5. Scheduling & Completion Timelines
All start dates, scheduling windows, and completion timeframes provided by Stylish Coating Painting Group — including any estimates referenced in advertisements, quotations, discussions, or promotional material — are approximate estimates only and are not guaranteed completion dates.

Project timelines may change due to factors including, but not limited to:

• Weather conditions
• Acts of God or natural events
• Illness or staff availability
• Site access restrictions
• Site conditions or property complexity
• Preparation requirements or previously undiscovered surface issues
• Additional work requested by the client
• Delays caused by the client or third parties
• Material shortages or supplier delays
• Subcontractor availability
• Safety requirements
• Regulatory or compliance requirements
• Any other unforeseen circumstances beyond the reasonable control of Stylish Coating Painting Group

Stylish Coating Painting Group will make reasonable efforts to complete works within estimated timeframes; however, the Client acknowledges that project duration may vary depending on the circumstances of each property and job.

The advertised offer of "$250 for every week we're late" applies only where the agreed completion timeframe has been confirmed in writing following the site inspection and quote acceptance. The guarantee does not apply where delays are caused by weather conditions, acts of God, client-requested variations, additional works, site access restrictions, material shortages, supplier delays, regulatory requirements, safety requirements, or any other circumstances beyond the reasonable control of Stylish Coating Painting Group.

Delays resulting from the above factors do not constitute a breach of contract, and Stylish Coating Painting Group will not be liable for any loss, inconvenience, or damages arising from such delays.

6. Service Limitations
Stylish Coating Painting Group offers painting services limited to interior residential painting, exterior residential painting, and residential roof painting.

Services do NOT include:

• Structural repairs
• Water damage repairs
• Mould remediation
• Asbestos removal
• Construction-related alterations

Any additional services must be outlined and agreed to in writing before work commences.

7. Liability & Warranty
Stylish Coating Painting Group is not responsible for any pre-existing issues, hidden damage, or structural faults identified during or after the job.

We do not accept liability for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Services are provided 'as is' unless otherwise specified. Any warranties or workmanship guarantees will be clearly stated in writing and apply only to the scope of work completed by Stylish Coating Painting Group.

8. Consumer Rights & Dispute Resolution
These Terms & Conditions do not override customer rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to resolve the issue through clear communication and mutual agreement before pursuing legal action.

Any legal matters will be governed under the applicable laws and jurisdiction of Australia.

By proceeding with a quote acceptance, booking, or any engagement with Stylish Coating Painting Group’s services, the customer acknowledges they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
